Banbury Lodge provides inpatient Adderall rehab, where you stay with us during treatment. This approach is important because it takes you out of your usual environment and away from the triggers and stresses that might have contributed to your Adderall use.
Here are some of the therapies you can expect during your stay:
Individual therapy
In one-on-one sessions with a therapist, you will explore the personal issues that have fuelled your Adderall use. This allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, confidential space, helping you gain crucial recovery insights.
Group therapy
Group therapy offers the chance to connect with others who are facing the same obstacles. Sharing your experiences can be incredibly powerful, providing a sense of community and reminding you that you are not alone.
Family therapy
Adderall abuse often affects those closest to you, and family therapy is designed to help repair and strengthen those important relationships. Through guided sessions, you and your loved ones can work on communication, rebuild trust and create a supportive environment when you go home.
Motivational interviewing (MI)
MI is all about finding and strengthening your motivation to change. You will explore your reasons for wanting to recover and set clear, achievable goals that will help you build a better life.
Meditation
Learning to calm your mind and stay present is a key part of managing stress and avoiding relapse. Meditation practice during Adderall rehab helps you develop mindfulness skills, which can reduce anxiety and help you manage your emotions and behaviour.
Aftercare and relapse prevention
Recovery doesn’t end when rehab does. Banbury Lodge offers free aftercare for a year, which involves weekly group therapy. We will also help you make and execute a relapse prevention plan to stop you from going back to Adderall once you are out of the sanctuary of rehab.
